Our Team – Natally Guzman

Natally was born and raised in Southeastern Iowa. Parents immigrated from Mexico in 1998. She learned hard work from her parents who aside from a full-time job sold burgers at their local farmers market to help make ends meet since 2011. As the oldest she began translating at a young age of 7. Natally managed licensing requirements while being in Future Farmers of America(FFA) and Honors Society.

Natally received her Agriculture Management degree from Eastern Iowa Community College in 2020.  She is fluently bilingual. She enjoys helping people make their vision a reality. Dreams are meant to be chased and believes that all you have to do is find the right habits that will lead you there.

Her goal is to help businesses with employee turnover while helping the employees get the retirement they deserve. She knows the hardships employees have to go through. Natally knows that both the owners and the employees deserve a quality retirement for all the years of dedication.
